AI Tools Policy

StudyClock includes AI tools: a flashcard generator, a summarizer, a practice-exam builder, a mind-map generator, a study planner and an AI tutor chat. They produce output from the text, files or questions you give them. They run on third-party AI models, listed in our Privacy Policy.

AI output is generated for you on request. It is not written, checked or approved by a person at StudyClock before you see it.

AI models can be wrong, can leave things out and can state mistakes with confidence. Treat summaries, flashcards, practice questions and tutor answers as a study aid, and check them against your course material, textbook or teacher before you rely on them, especially for exams, grades or anything with consequences.

The tools do not give medical, legal, financial or mental-health advice, and nothing they produce should be used in place of a qualified professional.

The tools are built to help you learn, not to do your assessed work for you. You are responsible for following the academic-integrity rules of your school or exam board, including any rules about disclosing AI help. Do not submit AI output as your own work where those rules do not allow it.

What you submit is sent to the AI provider to produce the result. Beyond the items you choose to save, it is not kept. Do not submit anything confidential, and do not upload other people's personal data. See the Privacy Policy for details.

AI actions use credits. If an AI operation fails, the credits are returned to your balance automatically. Billing terms are on the Refund & Billing page.

If an AI tool gives you harmful, offensive or clearly wrong output, email info@studyclock.com with what you asked and what you got, and we will look into it.
