Refund & Billing

StudyClock.com is operated by StudyClock, a sole proprietorship operated by Maulik Joshi in India. Questions about a charge can be sent to info@studyclock.com.

Our paid plans are sold through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy takes your payment, calculates and collects any applicable sales tax or VAT, and issues your receipt. We never see or store your card details.

Pro is billed monthly in US dollars at the price shown on the pricing page when you subscribe. Your first charge happens at checkout, and the subscription then renews automatically on the same date each month until you cancel.

Monthly AI credits that come with Pro refill on your billing date. Unused monthly credits do not roll over.

You can cancel at any time from your subscription page in the app, or through the management link in your Lemon Squeezy receipt email. Cancelling stops future renewals. Your Pro access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again.

If you cancel, your account and data stay available on the free plan.

Subscription payments are not refundable. This includes renewals, and partial months after you cancel. Because you keep Pro access until the end of the period you paid for, we do not refund the unused part of it.

We will refund a charge made in error, such as a duplicate payment or a charge after a cancellation that was completed before the renewal date, and we will honour any refund right that consumer law in your country gives you and that cannot be waived. To ask, email info@studyclock.com with the email address on the purchase and your Lemon Squeezy order number. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Lemon Squeezy.

Credit packs are one-time purchases and are not refundable once bought, except for a charge made in error as described above. Purchased credits do not expire and are spent after your monthly allocation runs out.

Separately from this policy, credits are returned to your balance automatically when an AI operation fails, so you are not charged credits for work that did not complete.

If we change the Pro price, the new price applies from your next renewal after we have posted the change, and you can cancel before then if you do not want to continue.
