Do I need a camera or microphone?

How does body-doubling work online?
Body-doubling is when you study better just because other people are around, even if no one is talking. Seeing someone else's timer running is often enough to stop you from opening YouTube. Online study rooms create the same effect as sitting in a library.
Can I create my own study room?
